They tailored my bridesmaid dress perfectly — it fit like it was made just for me. The attention to detail was incredible, and they made sure every adjustment was exactly how I wanted it. They hemmed the bottom as well as raised the slant hem 3 inches as well to make my torso part shorter and let the slit sit higher on my leg. They were professional, kind, and made the whole process so easy (which is rare when it comes to wedding prep!). I was on a bit of a time crunch, and they still managed to get everything done flawlessly and on time. The dress looked stunning, and I got so many compliments on how well it fit. I have made so many items in the first week! All of the videos were perfect for set up. Kyle and Jose were extremely helpful, even helped me on crutches to my car! Kyle is very knowledgeable in the machines and accessories as well as delivering an exceptional customer experience! It was so exciting to be at the store and see the history inside!
