The turnaround was quick, and when I noticed an issue with some loose threads, they fixed it right away without any hassle. Very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. To say Kim is a magician would be an insult to how incredible she is at her craft! I brought my wedding dress here to be preserved and cleaned after my wedding. I danced all night long without caring how dirty the dress got… until the night was over and it was literally black in the bottom 😢 Since I got married out of state and didn’t plan ahead of time, I wasn’t sure how clean anyone would be able to get it after it sat absolutely filthy in my closet for about 2 weeks after my wedding. I wish I had a picture of before, but Kim and her husband audibly gasped when I showed it to them 😂 She assured me that she would do her best to get us sparkling clean again and she did NOT disappoint.
