My fur baby can be difficult to groom, but their experienced staff knew exactly how to handle him and his new style is exactly what we wanted! Arnie was so friendly and kind, and made it a point to create a bond with my pup from the get go so as to get him acclimated to the new environment right away. She’s super shy and nervous at times, so I was super anxious, so I waited a bit before I walked away. Prior to her cut, he would go in and check in on her periodically and talk to her. When I got the call she was ready, I sped over, and was super happy with what I found.
