The workmanship on the roof is great and we appreciate his willingness to see our point of view.North West Roofing was recommended to us by our Farmers Insurance agent. Our first interactions were great. Kerry, our sales rep, was attentive and responsive. He even met with us on a Sunday (June 11) to finalize roof type and sign our contract.We were told that the materials would be delivered on June 22nd and the deposit would be collected then. You can imagine my surprise when the roofing crew arrived early on June 16th, ready to begin work.After the crew was finished, we found quite a few nails and a piece of sharp metal left behind.
