She was so responsive—anytime I had a random question or wanted to see a place, she was on top of it immediately. She was super knowledge about the market & helped negotiate the best price for my new home. She also made the complex condo application and closing process feel easy. The bonus to her service was the commission rebate. You get a cut off the broker's commission! She shares a huge chunk of the buy-side commission with you at closing, which was a massive help with my move into the coop. If you want someone who is a total pro at New York real estate, but also saves you a ton of cash, you need to call Rebecca. I can’t recommend her and Digs enough. Read More
