I had an appointment for an MRI yesterday, February 9th at the Brooklyn, Bond St. Location. The receptionist ( I believe Destiny), was exceptional! She was patient, courteous extremely helpful and professional. My registration seemed a a bit challenging but not for Destiny. She remained consistent in her polite demeanor and successfully accomplished getting me registered and seen for my appointment. Her Manager whom she acquired for assistance was as equally professional and kind. They exemplify the core of what great customer service should be!
