There were two attendants seated when I arrived today February 2 at about 2:30. One attendant was providing service to a client while the other attendant was otherwise occupied on her computer. There were no other clients in the waiting area. After the attendant finished with the client the attendant gestured with her hand for me to come forward. She did not say next patient, customer, or client, No "Hello ", "Good afternoon", no "How can I help you?". It was just a mere wave of her hand as if she were beckoning a child or servant., All the while she was attending to me she seemed to be preoccupied with her cell phone which was placed in front of her keyboard. She seemed to be texting and scrolling while working on my order. I had three imaging orders. One for a chest x-ray, one for an electrocardiograph, and one for an echocardiogram.
