We had a bit of an emergency as my elderly mom had a bad reaction to some memory medicine and was working on trying to walk again. They met us at the emergency room and followed us home to stay the first evening, for most of the days following and for over the next month after that. Sue was eager to answer all of our requests, filled in where we needed them and some of the angels even handled household tasks without being asked during the day. How nice to come home after work and my dishwasher had been unloaded! It soon became a task she and mom did together in the afternoons. After work I came in one day and my mom had been having a meltdown. Kimberly was sitting in the chair next to her holding her hand to comfort her. I feel like there aren’t words adequate enough in praise for the assistance we received during this difficult time. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Thanks to the girls, to Ashley who got us going and to Sue who made sure we always had what we needed. ♥️ Read More

If we could give this company 20 stars we would! We had a last minute emergency and needed help for my aunt who lives alone and was discharging from AU. The hospital did not give us much warning AT ALL and we were extremely panicked. We called several agencies and no response because it was in the evening. We talked to a nice young lady in the after hours and minutes later got a call from your nurse Ashley who was jus incredible. She thoroughly explained everything as we had no idea about any of this whole home care thing. She also gave us other resources For things like physical therapy and equipment that my aunt needed. She was able to get us started ASAP Kept us updated throughout the whole process . For the most part my aunt loved all of her care people which says a lot because she can be kind of picky.
