My experience at World Spa has been nothing short of exceptional. It’s a calming oasis right in the heart of Brooklyn, with every amenity thoughtfully designed and well maintained. I’ve visited twice — first for my birthday and again to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. It was her very first spa experience, and it absolutely did not disappoint. Thanks to World Spa, the spa scene has gained a brand-new fan! What truly elevates the experience, though, is the staff. Carol at the concierge desk welcomed me so warmly and sincerely both visits — she’s an absolute gem. Marcus and Zana at the restaurant were fantastic, attentive and kind. And I have to give a special shoutout to the lifeguard who supported me through my first cold plunge — talk about encouragement when you need it most! I’ll definitely be returning.
