The price in the store didn't reflect the store price, but the woman who helped me said to just show the cashier the online price and the sale price would be applied. She was helpful in finding the box from the back and rolling it on a cart to the checkout. The chair was straightforward to assemble at home and has not had any issues. Read More

I was in a bind and needing to return several hundreds of dollars worth of items to the USPS drop off at Staples. I had mere minutes to complete the order before we lost all of the money. Erica (not sure on the spelling) was incredibly helpful, she pointed me in the right direction to the packages I needed and got my shipping labels printed lightning quick. She processed my order before I had completed packing everything up so that my timestamp would read before 5pm (the return cutoff). I’m sure I was frantic, but she was pleasant and helpful the entire time and got me out the door again saving hundreds of dollars. Staples, give Erica a raise, she deserves it! Read More
