The welcome that you received from dropping off to picking up is never ending. My son has grown tremendously in less than 1 year. Believe me when I say that your child will grow and develop beyond limits. My son started at 2 years and was in the process of being potty trained now he is 3 and wears underpants. They invest into your kids each and every one of these teachers. I love you all dearly and will always remember the memories my son had at kindercare. From toddler B class to the twos. Ms Shanta, Celina, Asia, Carmen, Maxine, Ari, Lashawn, Toney, Alice, Latoya etc thank you so much for making my son’s transition such an ease and for creating a family away from home. My son has been enrolled since sept 2024. I just feel like with the app they use there’s limited access interaction the parents can have. We can send a private message but probably... My son has been enrolled since sept 2024. I just feel like with the app they use there’s limited access interaction the parents can have. We can send a private message but probably would get a response hours later. Also if my child got hurt or a scratch or there was an incident they don’t share photos… Through the app I feel like just having a chat box where parents can communicate with the teachers and vise versa just to check in with how’s the child is doing through the day will seal that security. I work at a childcare center and they use Brightwheel, I love how the app is operated and utilized for both teachers and parents. Over all the school is good and the care for the child is great. I love this school so much. My child has grown and improved so much since attending this facility. The school is very clean. The curriculum is excellent and I love how the teachers...
