The atmosphere is always motivating, and the staff is incredibly friendly and supportive, especially one of their new employees Brynna. Every time I come in she has the biggest smile on her face, and the best uplifting personality. The variety of equipment is impressive, and I never have to wait to use anything. I also love all of the options they offer; they're challenging and fun, and I always leave feeling accomplished. Plus, the cleanliness of the facility is top-notch, which makes working out even more enjoyable. She was so kind and knowledgeable without pressuring us into anything!The facility was clean and welcoming, and I felt safe in the environment. I would be comfortable doing future workouts here, no problem.We didn't end up signing up, due to the starting/overall cost, but maybe someday that won't be my main concern and I'll be able to return and join the HotWorx fam!
