Hollywood Pet Center (HPC) is officially our one and only grooming service from now on! We hadn’t taken our 11-year-old Shorkie, Bozley, to a groomer in over four years due to a traumatic past experience elsewhere. From the initial quote to pickup, the customer service was exceptional. HPC isn’t just a grooming salon — it’s a true pet spa.
The location is easy to find with plenty of parking. The salon is open, bright, spotless, and beautifully organized — it even smells like a spa. Their state-of-the-art equipment and calm environment immediately put us at ease.
Bozley’s reaction at pickup said everything. He was smiling, tail wagging, and completely relaxed. It was clear he felt safe and cared for. Jasmine kept us updated with photos throughout his visit, which gave us so much reassurance. He was even calm and happy in her arms at drop-off!
