We love receiving photos and videos of her walks with her friends and she always has a big smile on her face - even in the rain! She loves and trusts the people here so much and it makes us so grateful to know we are not alone in our feelings. HappyTails NYC has been an amazing find for me and my Jack Russel Shelby! She’s still intact and learning how to be around other dogs, and the staff here has been so patient and supportive with her socialization.
The facility itself is spotless and smells amazing — like a hotel, not a typical dog daycare. It’s clear they take hygiene seriously, and that gives me peace of mind every time I drop Shelby off. They even have a pet store on-site and a convenient storage area for each pup’s food and personal items.
One of the highlights for me was getting Shelby’s teeth cleaned here with their Clarisonic dental service — her teeth were sparkling white again! It’s so great to have services like that available in the same place she plays and learns.
I’m so grateful for the care and attention the HappyTails team gives Shelby. She’s always excited to go in, and that tells me everything I need to know. Highly recommend!
