I hope to find someone as caring & patient as the Jazzy Team. I get anxious about leaving him with people but I never worried about him in their hands. Tips to new clients please don’t rush them if if it’s taking longer than usual it’s probably due to your fur baby being stressed & they are taking their time. We are extremely pleased with the service and outcome for out young adult cat named Opal. She needed to get Spayed. The staff member Vanessa was so kind,sweet and attentive throughout our email conversations back and forth. Opal was Spayed on Tuesday. The staff veteranians assistance were all so nice that I spoken with while waiting during drop off and pickup. Despite the little wait,due to so many customers needing similar or the same service that day. So far our cat healing well, and taking her pain medication.
