Henry gave me a tour on the spot when I came in. Everything is clean and smells good. My dogs were anxious when I left them, but they warmed up to the staff quickly and looked happy in the picture updates. She went from hiding in a corner to playing hard with new friends in just two days. When I picked her up, she was more confident in herself and absolutely glowing!
