When she first started, she was very shy and scared of people she didn’t know. The staff was unbelievably patient, gentle, and loving with her, and now she runs into daycare with excitement and joy. They plan the cutest and most thoughtful activities—storytime, themed photoshoots, bubble parties, special treats, and so much more. As someone who was new to boarding, I chose BLDHTX to be my Osito’s home while I was on vacation due to the informative and welcoming care I received from the staff during my tour.... As someone who was new to boarding, I chose BLDHTX to be my Osito’s home while I was on vacation due to the informative and welcoming care I received from the staff during my tour. A big reason too was: pups are not crated, they’re free to roam around under supervision of the staff. Osito has never been a fan of a crate, so this was a huge WIN! I liked seeing the facilities for myself and seeing where Osito would be playing and sleeping. I received daily pictures of Osito while I was away, and called for updates which were given assuring me he was having fun. Osito also participates in daycare and he loves it! He knows when he’s “going to go see his friends” and without a doubt, I know if he could talk, he’d tell me all about his fun adventures. When we reach BLDHTX in the mornings, his tail is wagging and that reassures me he’s comfortable and having fun.
