I can not say enough about how thankful I am for the professional courteous service we receive from this company! Dustin is always happy to answer any questions and to take care of any issues that arise in a timely fashion. He has finally managed to get rid of the giant cockroaches too!! Seriously, we used to just name them because no one else could manage it... Thank you Dustin!!! We’ve been using Waltham Pest for years now. They handled our termite problem no problem. We’ve also had issues with wasps and ants in the past. They handled that quickly and professionally as well. We recently encountered a swarm of termites in our home. Even in the midst of the pandemic, Blake from Waltham Services came in the next day and performed a thorough evaluation of the property, inside and out, looking for tunnels that would allow termite access. Fortunately, we did encounter a swarm of termites inside the house with Blake present, and isolated the general area of the location of the colony. Unfortunately, no tunnels were found as we would have had to break down drywall in two of the rooms. Plus, there is a french drain in the area which complicates the situation. We decided to install baits around the periphery of the property. Blake came in the following week to perform the installation. He was knowledgeable, timely, neat, and was very respectful of my family and our property. I would highly recommend Blake and Waltham Services.
