He found a large gap in the garage door weather stripping that could allow mice to enter — something we never would have noticed — and explained everything clearly. He treated the perimeter, eaves, windows, and entry points and even sent photos afterward so we could see what was done. Very professional, respectful of the home, and great communication. I am totally happy with their service and my mosquitos were very minimal last summer after starting with Aptive. I can count on one hand how many pests I have seen in the home since switching over last spring. I have an older home in process of updating so we usually had multiple daily sightings. Couldn't be happier. I would totally recommend you will feel like your money is well spent. With each treatment, they notify you ahead of time what day, they text on their ETA, they ask if you would like indoor treatment. Then they send photos of them treating your home.
