From my very first phone call with Andrew to the completion of the service, the entire process was smooth, easy, and extremely communicative.Marquise was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was thorough, professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and immediately put us at ease about our mice situation. What felt stressful and overwhelming quickly became manageable once he walked us through the plan.I had contacted another company before Berrett’s and was quoted over $500 just to come out for treatment. Will follow up with more info after treatment.Brian came out today to service our home and get rid of winter ants nesting in our wall (see picture). This is no exaggeration, he was absolutely incredible and above and beyond does not even begin to describe what he did for us. We have hired insect control companies before and had a person come and spray around the walls and knock down webs with a broom and leave in 30 mins with limited results. Brian got on ladders to inspect the areas outside the windows as well as the inside. He took extra time to treat some other areas of the house to prevent spread. He was careful about taking care of our home including using shoe coverings. His professionalism and customer service was amazing. When so many companies these days treat you like you are bothering them by using their service, having a professional like Brian was really refreshing.
