Being able to book and pick up a trailer without needing to physically speak to someone, but still having access to a person if needed is amazing. Matt, the owner, was not only readily available, he was personable and checked in occasionally to make sure things were going well. His equipment rentals are in fabulous working top of the line condition and with him having his phone on him at almost all times for any given reason, you can trust that he will take care of you for any given reason during the rental of his trailers. He’s got many trailers to choose from and all of them in almost brand new condition. I can say he takes care of his equipment and makes sure there won’t be any issues when people are renting them. The rental experience with IdaRent was super easy from start to finish. I booked it online, paid with a credit card, electronically signed some docs and picked up the trailer. The whole process is self-service so I was able to pick up the trailer Sunday afternoon. I can't say enough great things about Matt. He checked in to make sure everything went good and see if I needed anything. Absolutely top notch customer service. I'm doing a big remodel on my house and will definitely be renting again. Read More
