This company is great. The energy consultant (David Pleitez) was very personable and did not just tell me all the good stuff, but also gave me the pros and cons of getting solar panels installed. He listened to what I wanted and needed and gave me the best possible setup that would fit my needs. There was an unusual issue that happened with the installation of my solar panels with an outside entity, and they put together a team led by Tiaira Wilson and came up with a solution to the problem. There was no written process, procedure, or protocol for the issue they ran into, but Tiaira and her team worked through it and worked out a solution that made everything work out for the customer. The electrician Mark Cruz arrived promptly and set right to work. He was pleasant, professional and quick. The panels guys Tommy Daniel and Alonzo showed up right on cue.
