Same day. He was friendly, polite and professional. Paul determined that the system should be replaced. The problem was that we were leaving on a trip the next morning. He stated that he would finish with his scheduled work and come back that day to install the system. WHICH HE DID. Definitely a man of his word and a great representative of Pristine Plumbing. He was friendly, polite and professional. Paul determined that the system should be replaced. The problem was that we were leaving on a trip the next morning.
