After meeting with 2 different nutritionists, I consider Taly an incredible “client” whisperer who has helped me transform my relationship with food! We have met weekly since April, and I have been challenged to toss out all the “diet tips and tricks” that I’ve learned over a decade of trying to lose weight. I now have new skills when it comes to preparing a balanced meal, an improved perspective on all foods, and a greater sense of self-love while I incorporate joyful movement and mindful eating into my new healthy lifestyle.
