This is in response to a very recent negative review, because I witnessed the entire interaction…I’ve been a long-time client of several of the artists here - Lam, Annie, Kevin, and others - and I want to acknowledge not only their incredible talent, but their patience, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. These artists don’t just do nails, they hold space. They’ve been there for me during some genuinely hard moments in my life, always with grace, care, and warmth.Today, I witnessed a situation that honestly broke my heart. A customer came in already combative and dismissive, from the moment she checked in, it was clear she was determined to be unhappy. Once her service began (with the tech she requested, specifically), she was immediately disregarding the artist’s professional input about her inspiration photo and demanding things in a rigid, disrespectful way.
