They were punctual, extremely efficient, wrapped and handled all items with care, and acted in a pleasant, polite and professional manner. Their excellent reviews and competitive cost were factors in choosing EverSafe for my local move. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 was because they never contacted me according to this policy in their quote: "Confirmation of your move: We will call you the business day before your move to confirm everything is on schedule. We must make contact with you to continue the move on the agreed date" I did not receive a call and did not get a response to my email or phone call asking for confirmation (it was over the weekend, to be fair) so I was unsure of the time/date confirmation until 2 hours before the scheduled move.
