They took great care of my belonging, worked extremely hard, and were so friendly. They made such a stressful time so much easier. Marty was the only mover willing to come and do an in house estimate and gave us a not to exceed quote. The Packers were amazing, Amber and Tommy. The Packers were amazing, Amber and Tommy. The loading team and driver Jesse worked in the rain to fill the truck. Again amazing. The load came in lighter than expected and so the bill was less then anticipated. Jesse arrived in Newport News as scheduled, backed down a quarter mile street to get to our place. They were extremely professional, friendly and efficient. They disassembled my platform beds and neatly wrapped everything up. Tim and his crew delivered my things 4 days later. They too were extremely professional, friendly and efficient. They got the platform beds assembled quickly. All of my furniture arrived without any scratches or dents. Call center and person who gave us the quote also fast and efficient- Not as friendly and polite as the movers (let’s say just not as chill) but still very professional and did their best to accommodate our needs.
