I generally don’t leave long reviews, but because moving is so stressful I feel compelled to. I went with this company because I heard nightmare stories about flat rate company’s and being overcharged a ton on the backend. Literally no one who used it recommended them. They did a thorough video inventory to get me an accurate quote and it was pretty spot on! They explained insurance options in detail and had me contact my renters insurance to get coverage information. The entire crew was one of the most respectful, organized and professional I’ve ever seen. Gabriel the lead was communicative and patient. They were intentional and helpful. I had been dealing with Catherine who was so helpful but on Sunday when I called and someone else answered, I panicked. He was so helpful and just as efficient as Catherine.
