I bought a bike from Rolling H bike shop about a month ago, after picking it up from the 30 day tune up yesterday I was going to install a removable front fender today. As it turns out I couldn't use... I bought a bike from Rolling H bike shop about a month ago, after picking it up from the 30 day tune up yesterday I was going to install a removable front fender today. As it turns out I couldn't use this particular fender. While reinstalling the front wheel I misread the max torque spec for the through axle and snapped it. I took it to them thinking they would just order one for me and that would be that. Adam pulled the same model bike off of the floor and gave me the through axle without charging me!! That is service WAAYYY ABOVE AND BEYOND!! They have earned my business from now on! The staff is very helpful and friendly, not to mention extremely knowledgeable. Thank you so much Adam!!! I was stuck about 13 miles from Emmett with a loaded bike on my way to the Grand Tetons in Wyoming after 24 days of riding from Truckee CA. I had a broken chain and was without a spare chain or master... I was stuck about 13 miles from Emmett with a loaded bike on my way to the Grand Tetons in Wyoming after 24 days of riding from Truckee CA. I had a broken chain and was without a spare chain or master link. Fortunately, I had a phone signal, so I googled the nearest bike shop and Rolling H Cycles appeared. I called them and explained my predicament. Within seconds, I was connected to staff that was willing to come to me (about 36 miles), bring a new chain, master link AND put the chain on. Mind you, they do not have a mobile service. Ben and Jacob arrived. In less than 20 minutes, a new chain was on my bike and I had a master link. Thanks fellow...y'all rock. What trail angels! I appreciate how transparent and kind Adam was when he explained a full rebuild on the old bike would be pretty tough due to 26in bikes being kind of obsolete now. He helped me pick out a brand new bike very comparable to my old competition bike and I really enjoy my new Scott scale 970 and it's the first bike I've purchased myself because my old competition bike was a gift from my father. He has excellent prices, is very transparent, and is respectful of budget and made it easy for me to pick out a new bike. We liked my bike so much we went back the next day and bought my husband his own bike. With him being 6'4" I was surprised the shop had a 2xl size frame Scott aspect 940 as that size is very hard to find. My husband said he's never had a bike fit him so well and is very happy with it.
