Overall, I am pleased with the walk-in tub itself; however, I do have concerns regarding the installation process. While the installation was completed in one day as promised, several issues were left unresolved. The installers removed my bathroom door frame to fit the tub, but when reinstalled, the frame was poorly aligned and partially splintered, causing the door to rub at the top. In addition, where the tub was forced into place, my bathroom closet door now rubs when opened or closed. The shelf in the middle of the tub collects water, raising concerns about potential mold growth. The molding along the wall, from ceiling to floor, is also buckled in one section, leaving a visible gap. In summary, while I am satisfied with the tub’s function and overall quality, I am disappointed with the condition in which parts of my bathroom were left after installation.
