Everyone who works there is friendly, helpful and good at explaining for beginners or long time practitioners. Go for the great classes and stay for the community and love! Read More

I’ve taken classes with six of the instructors, and found them all to be excellent - with a deep and thorough understanding of anatomy and sequencing, and each with their own brand of unique and supportive energy.
