Today I came to NCHC as a new patient as our company changed insurance. I actually came in yesterday to a full office and the receptionist, Madeline, was extremely helpful, professional and helped me set up the appointment for today and recommended I come in 15 minutes before the actual appointment. Great suggestion. After filling out the paperwork , I was seen by a medical assistant (Chibuike) who was thorough, warm and friendly. The doctor came ( Dr. Malabre ) in and had a few questions, did a few checks, asked about overall health and asked what I wanted for the bloodwork. I was in and out within the hour and definitely will be making this establishment my healthcare home. Read More
