Today, I tried a new to me massage called Ashiatsu and oh my gosh.... Best massage ever!! It really helped with deep tension that I continue to have and is so smooth! I was truly amazed at how this is done and how it feels after YEARS of deep tissue massages by hand in a variety of spas. I also highly recommend Reiki here! This was the best massage experience I've ever had. I got the Lavender Haze Aromatherapy Massage with Rachel, and it was perfect. We talked a little bit beforehand so she knew exactly what I was wanting (which was just to relax - I didn't want to worry about getting knots out or anything because those massages, while very beneficial, hurt and that's not what I was wanting). Afterward she still walked me through some things I can do to help with the knots and tension in my neck and shoulders that I didn't want worked out :) I am from out of state and it was a bit last-minute so I was only able to book 60 minutes, but if I could have I would definitely do longer. The price was amazing for it as well. If I'm ever back in Tucson, I will be coming back. Read More
