My wife bought a package for us to use as a gift for an accomplishment and I was impressed by our multiple visits. Communication was very clear with the masseuse I had each time and the second time was excellent where there was a conversation about a sciatic nerve target before which we able to be alleiviated. The rooms are very clean as the establishment is quite new but so far doing a great job at maintaining an excellent level of relaxation and cleanliness with fresh linens and good white noise. I am a large person so it was nice to have someone able to deliver proper pressure and we enjoyed their treatments and hope to be back soon! They have add on items for the menu and plenty of other services that we did not use but i enjoyed the transparency of pricing etc and the staff was friendly and helpful each time. The location in downtown Birmingham is very convenient, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful with recommending add-ons. My massage therapist, Jamie, was wonderful and made me feel relaxed the entire session. The price was a little higher than expected, but overall it was worth it. I even signed up for a membership.
