From the start, my massage therapist actually took the time to listen to my concerns and asked thoughtful questions about what my body needed that day. The massage itself was very therapeutic and targeted , not one of those generic sessions where lotion is just rubbed on and you’re sent on your way. Pressure was adjusted appropriately, problem areas were addressed intentionally, and I left feeling real relief rather than just temporary relaxation. You can tell the therapist is knowledgeable and focused on effective bodywork. Overall, it felt personalized, professional, and truly worth it.
