I joined the women’s-only Jiu-Jitsu class a couple of weeks ago, and I’ve loved every second of it! It’s rare to find a gym that offers a class like this, and I’m so grateful to have found it. Professor Sabrina is incredibly respectful, patient, and kind—she takes the time to guide you through every movement and is always happy to answer questions. The women in the class are so welcoming, which made starting BJJ with zero experience much less intimidating.
