I absolutely love Michiko Adams and Hiroko Mangut’s Hip Opening & Stretching class, especially on Fridays—it’s the perfect way to unwind and reset for the weekend! Their hands-on guidance is thoughtful and precise, making every session both relaxing, effective, and even transformative. I always leave feeling so much more open, refreshed, and energized. And the space is beautifully designed and impeccably clean, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and focus. If you’re looking for a great stretch with amazing instructors, Urban Studios NYC is the place to be! Highly recommend Michiko and Hiroko! Read More
