The gym felt clean, welcoming, and well-run. The staff were incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was super encouraging. The equipment selection was top-notch: tons of machines, plenty of free weights, great cardio options, and everything was well-maintained. This gym had everything I needed and more. I frequently visit this location because I love the Saturday morning Zumba and Mat Pilates classes. The Zumba class if fun and such a great cardio workout and the Mat Pilates class is a full-body work...
