Also frustrating! So I finally answered all of the AI questions to be told it would be at least a week before someone could come out for service. When I reached Able Appliance Repair they were quick and courteous. I called in the afternoon and they told me they come the next morning. They gave me a four hour window rather than an 8 hour window. Who has time to wait all day? So they sent Cody, and he did a great job. My stove had a bad electrical connection and was quickly corrected and I was only charged a fair service fee. Good, honest, fair company. Great experience! Marcus and Trey diagnosed the problem and ordered the repair part. Trey came back the next day and replaced the failing fan. Unfortunately, after he left, the fridge began to make a very loud noise. It went on for over 3 hours. I called the after-hours number and was told the office would call me back in the morning. By the morning, the noise had subsided. But the office didn’t call. A few hours later, the noise started up again and I called the office. They said they would try to find an available tech, and repeatedly assured me they would call me right back. I was disappointed that they never called back. Over the weekend, the loud noise came back several times each day and night. Fortunately, the next week Trey needed to come back for some paperwork. The part was in stock, and he returned 2 days later to install it. Pleasant experience, and I won’t hesitate to call them if and when another appliance issue occurs. A few weeks later our dryer stopped drying. Because of my very satisfactory experience with Able and our freezer repair, I called them. He looked at our dishwasher as well and showed me that although I had installed the garbage disposal, I did not know to pop the little cap out for the dishwasher line.
