His second visit (4 days later) he repaired our washer with the part that was ordered. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of repair. Atomic Tech was able to get us scheduled quickly for our dishwasher repair and the technician Jacob went above and beyond to get it working again. The company was responsive via text messages and Jacob kept us informed on his troubleshooting efforts. Although we were frustrated it took so long to get our dishwasher working again we were relieved that Jacob put such a determined effort into solving and fixing it for us. All was great with the temperature but after he left, I noticed the oven light flickered when trying to turn it on and the clock would not stay set. He came back and ordered a new front panel. Cole returned with the new panel but the clock would still not stay set, he also replaced the plug on the oven light. He explained that sometimes when replacing other parts the tiny plastic breaks. He addressed that it was the motherboard and ordered it. He was personable and professional as well. He fit me in to his last appointment to add the new motherboard and panel.
