I recently visited Texas from Germany to see my boyfriend, and during my stay we rented a stand-up paddleboard at Lynn Creek Marina. Our experience at first was quite disappointing. However, what truly changed my opinion — and why I’m now giving five stars — was the manager’s response afterward. He personally reached out to apologize for what happened, took full responsibility, and assured us that he would address the situation with his staff so it wouldn’t happen again. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to make things right really impressed me. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way he handled the situation showed genuine care for customers and their experience.
