I’ve used pressure washers from the big box stores and always thought they weren’t worth the money and not much better than a hose. So I delayed for a while on buying a power washe... I’ve used pressure washers from the big box stores and always thought they weren’t worth the money and not much better than a hose. So I delayed for a while on buying a power washer. We recently built a house with wrap around porches and siding that need to be sprayed off. So I finally took the plunge and bought a Boyd series 4/4000 belt drive cold water pressure washer from Boyd Equipment. I’m generally of the mind that I’d rather pay a bit more and get good equipment that will do the job I need to do right and last a long time. Wow, do I wish I had done this earlier! This machine from Boyd Equipment is amazing! It’s powerful, easy to start and use and does the job right. It uses a lot less water than I expected and much less than if I was just spraying things off with a hose. It made quick work of spraying off the siding and the porches.
