Great customer service from Casey and Edwin. Fast and Efficient! We had a different rental company cancel on us 1 day before a scheduled delivery for a very important job. So, I frantically called around but had no luck due to the short notice. Luckily, I got in contact with LAX Equipment and they saved the day. Casey was the person that took my call. She was very polite and professional. Immediately after speaking with Casey I received an email confirmation and forms/agreements to fill out. Their pricing is very competitive. Later in the day I got a call from Edwin to notify me that the boom was on location. Edwin was also very polite and made sure we knew where the boom would be and provided helpful information regarding the equipment Can't ask for better service than that!
