Recently, I had a question about washing light and dark clothes, and the laundry attendant, Mita, came over to help me out. Her customer service was incredible! Not only was she knowledgeable and helpful with my laundry questions, but she even brought me a cart and explained their drop-off laundry services in case I ever needed it. She really went above and beyond. When I asked about the Wi-Fi, she promptly informed me about an issue with the provider, Optimum, and that it was being resolved.
