Customer service at front desk is excellent, especially Patricia in the mornings. She always marks spots with tape. She is always friendly and efficient.I must say, however, the quality of cleaning is not always excellent. Sometimes spots are not cleaned and a spot slip isn't even added to the hanger. On my profile, I ask for a center crease ALWAYS on all of my pants. Many times the pants are not center creased. Sometimes ‘within the same order;’ example, 4 pants on the order and 2 may be creased, and 2 are not! (I’ve seen an improvement over these mistakes within last few months, but I came very close to changing stores.
