After feeling so disappointed and anxious when my previous two estheticians were either let go or moved to other locations, I was really nervous about starting over—especially having to explain my hair growth concerns all over again. Carolina immediately put me at ease. She is extremely professional, thoughtful, and truly knowledgeable about what she does.
