Was looking for a quote on my roof and Three Brother did a fantastic job getting out the day after I reached out to them and getting me a good estimate. Had a consultation with Russell Evans this evening, 4/22. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the process and products to be used on our project. I feel like he went the extra mile to work with us and kept us within a budget we could work with. We look forward to construction beginning and having a spic span brand new roof! I wanted to add to this review today is 4/24 and we were in a situation where we needed to expedite our project. I want to say we had no expectation of what expedited might look like. Russell I don’t know what sorcery you used but the fact that you all are starting our project tomorrow is AMAZING! All anyone needs to know when looking at Three Brothers is 1. Russell was great! He spent 3 hours with us making sure all our questions were answered, was so knowledgeable and made the process so easy. 2. Communication has been top notch everyone I’ve spoken to has been friendly and willing to do whatever they can to keep us happy! 3. I recently hired Three Brothers to replace my roof. My roof is beautiful and I am very satisfied. However, I did encounter a couple issues I wanted addressed. I contacted the owner Jeff King. He was very accommodating and met with me at my home. We spoke for a time and he was able to candidly address my concerns to my satisfaction. Extremely happy with the clean and efficient work that Caleb and Luke did on replacing all the windows in my house. They kept their work area, neat and tidy, cleaned up after themselves and left the windowsills looking cleaner than they found them. They were a pleasure to be around and very courteous when my children Asked lots of random questions. Would definitely hire them for the next job I need done at home. I also loved how quickly and efficiently they worked each day even with the rain. And that they worked with us on the repair so that it did not impact our daily life. They were also very punctual.
