Jon completed an installation of the butler's pantry and installed a custom electric fireplace. The butler pantry was completed extremely fast and the level of quality of the work was outstanding. Jon and his team did an expert job of matching all the detail in the butler's pantry to the details in the recently renovated kitchen. They also made a custom corner cabinet for the pantry per our request. On the fireplace, Jon and his team did an excellent job at keeping the overall style of the house while also hiding all the electrical and cable behind the wall. The molding details are beautifully done and the tile on the front makes the fireplace look very high end. The projects were completed quickly, and the guys always took time to clean up after themselves every day, which we appreciated. The original bathroom was tiny, to the point that it was not functional in modern times. The new design meant adding a new closet inside the bedroom, removing the old closet and bathroom walls, and moving and installing new plumbing. I met with multiple contractors and Jon was the one who spent the most time talking to me about my ideas and asking questions about the scope of work. Jon also presented the most detailed estimate/bid and left options that either lowered or raised the price due to the level of the material/finishes. Upon agreeing to the contract, Jon stayed in touch in the weeks before work started in order to ensure materials were selected to be ordered so that they were available upon the start of work. Despite being very busy, Jon accommodated our timeline and got the project finished even quicker than anticipated. Communication throughout the process was excellent and we always knew when the crew was arriving, what was being done, and approximately how long it would take.
