Mike was a pleasure to have working in my home day after day and he was constantly checking in with me to ensure the results were as I’d hoped. Even when something needed an adjustment, he never made me feel like it was a burden to change. Blaine and Mike truly care that you are 100% happy with the results. Any time they had subcontractor come for a specific component, those folks were always professional and diligent in making sure it was right. We met with a couple of companies to get estimates, and Mr. Home Remodel was the only one to provide their estimate by the day they said they would. They seemed very responsive and trustworthy, so we went with them. During the remodel, it was clear that Blaine wanted to do everything he could to provide everything we asked for. When additional scope was added, Blaine worked with us to come up with a solution and a price that we were both good with. The project went two weeks longer than originally estimated, but that was due to the extra work Blaine, Mike, and the team put in to give us exactly what we wanted. The bathroom turned out better than we imagined. Even after the project was complete, Blaine was quick to respond and address a leak from the tub, caused by a faulty drain plug I purchased. Our master bath was the second project we had Blaine & Mike do. They did such a great job and were so responsive on the first job in our den, that we felt like we could trust them... They did such a great job and were so responsive on the first job in our den, that we felt like we could trust them on a complete remodel of our circa 1976 master bath. Our trust was not misplaced! The bathroom was a huge job that included removing a cast iron sunken tub to make room for the shower of our dreams, gutting/enlarging closets, installing a new window in an exterior brick wall, custom cabinetry, lots and lots of tile, and more. Through the whole process, Blaine was super responsive and so easy to work with. I never had to wait long to hear back from him. Usually he was texting back within a few minutes and was quick to answer my direct calls. Either he or Mike made a daily appearance on the job site to check in with us to make sure we were happy and managing with the inconveniences of having workers in the house.
