I recently reached out to American Home Remodeling for a quote to have my roof redone. I worked with John, who visited my home a few days later. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and provided a detailed explanation of the work to be done, including the materials that would be used.John later emailed me the quote, which was fair and clearly outlined. I accepted it right away and scheduled a date for the work. The crew arrived on time, completed the job efficiently, and did an excellent cleanup — you would never have known they were there.A couple of days after the work was completed, I noticed one of my landscape lights was damaged. I contacted John, and he immediately assured me that the company would cover the cost to replace it, either now or in the future, since the item is discontinued. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally he handled the situation.Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality of work and the level of customer service I received
